Logistical support for events **Position:** Inventory Leader **General Description:** Responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling the inventory of materials and equipment used, ensuring availability, preservation, and efficient logistics. Coordinates the inventory team and supports operations before, during, and after events. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor incoming and outgoing materials (scenery, furniture, equipment, supplies) * Plan and organize item sorting according to each event * Inspect materials upon receipt, dispatch, and return from events * Supervise the inventory team and assign tasks * Maintain an organized, clean, and clearly labeled inventory * Conduct periodic inventories and track losses/damages * Request material replenishment when necessary * Ensure proper storage and preservation of items * Support loading and unloading logistics for events **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education or technical degree in logistics or related fields preferred) * Experience in inventory control, preferably in events or logistics * Basic knowledge of inventory control systems (ERP or spreadsheets) * Team leadership skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and strong communication * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Planning and organizational ability * Problem-solving skills * Teamwork **Advantages:** * Experience in event companies, scenery production, or production firms * Knowledge of event logistics * Experience with inventory and asset control **Work Schedule:** * Business hours, with **flexibility to work on weekends and night shifts**, as required by the event schedule Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
