Develop improvements in stock control processes Job Description: We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to lead and coordinate the company's stock control and inventory processes, ensuring information accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and operational efficiency. The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring rotating and periodic inventory routines, proposing process improvements, and ensuring system data integrity. Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor rotating and annual inventory processes. Ensure stock accuracy and identify potential discrepancies. Prepare performance reports and area indicators. Implement improvements in stock control processes. Support and train the team on inventory procedures. Collaborate with internal departments (Logistics, Production, Procurement, Finance) to align information. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards related to inventory. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in inventory management, stock control, and team leadership. Knowledge of ERP systems and intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Data analysis and indicator interpretation skills. Strong communication, organizational skills, and leadership profile.
