




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and managing product storage, controlling inventory, conducting inventories, analyzing data and reports, monitoring transportation and deliveries, and continuously improving processes while collaborating with other departments. Storage Planning and Management: Plan product storage in an optimized manner, considering factors such as safety, organization, and ease of access, while also identifying and optimizing available space. Inventory Control: Monitor material inflows and outflows, record information in inventory management systems, and verify data accuracy. Inventory Audits: Conduct cyclical and rotating inventories to identify potential inventory discrepancies and ensure record accuracy. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze inventory data, identify trends and patterns, and generate reports supporting decision-making regarding replenishment, procurement, and process optimization. Transportation and Delivery Monitoring: Track transportation and delivery stages to ensure orders are delivered on time and in good condition. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and propose solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Interdepartmental Integration: Collaborate with other departments—including procurement, production, and sales—to ensure inventory meets organizational needs. Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP). Ability to analyze and interpret data. Organizational and planning skills. Communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Knowledge of logistics and transportation. Basic understanding of accounting and finance. ● Prior proven experience in inventory management. ● Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields (preferred).
