Job Summary: We are seeking Inventory Analysts to conduct physical inventories of fixed assets at client sites, identifying machines and equipment, following established procedures and schedules, with frequent travel required. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in fixed asset inventory projects for client companies 2. Conducting physical inventory and identifying machines and equipment 3. All travel expenses covered by the company **Inventory Analyst (2 positions)** Location: Alphaville – SP | Client-site work (frequent travel) Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) We are looking for Inventory Analysts to work on fixed asset inventory projects for client companies. The role requires availability for frequent travel, potentially staying away from home for up to three weeks, participating in projects across various locations. All operational travel costs—including transportation, accommodation, meals, and other expenses per internal policy—are fully covered by the company. **Responsibilities:** \- Conduct physical inventory of fixed assets at client companies; \- Identify and collect information on machines, equipment, and fixed assets; \- Follow operational procedures and safety regulations; \- Adhere to project logistics and scheduled timelines defined by the company; \- Submit travel advance reconciliations to the Finance department; \- Support other activities related to inventory projects; **Requirements:** \- Experience in inventory-related activities or technical-mechanical fields; \- Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment identification; \- Valid driver’s license and comfort driving on highways; \- Availability for frequent travel and extended stays; \- Higher education degree (Bachelor’s, Technologist, or Technical) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical, Mechatronics, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience in industrial environments or factory floors. \- Familiarity with industrial equipment. \- Spanish or English proficiency. **Job Details:** Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Model: On-site with travel to client projects **Benefits:** \- Health Insurance; \- Prudential Life Insurance; \- Birthday day-off; \- Education allowance and performance leave; \- Meal, transportation, and travel logistics expenses covered by the company.
