




Job Summary: Junior Support Analyst for the UFT unit, focused on resolving requests, supporting customers, and assisting with documentation and version validation testing. Key Highlights: 1. The UFT business unit specifically operates in the "File Transfer" segment — delivering robust, secure, reliable, and efficient file exchange and management solutions, integrating diverse platforms and protocols to support operations for both internal and external customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze simple support requests to resolve issues, clarify doubts, or route them appropriately when necessary. * Support internal and external customers with basic system usage questions. * Record completed support interactions and pending items in company tools, ensuring organized tracking and accurate time reporting. * Monitor applications and escalate issues to responsible parties when required. * Assist in creating and updating documentation such as manuals, technical reports, and procedures. * Participate in version validation testing, following team guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or technical/technological program related to IT. * Basic knowledge of **Windows.** * Familiarity with **Java Application** (general understanding of operation; coding is not required). * Familiarity with **communication protocols**: FTP, FTPS, SFTP, SSH, IMAP, POP, SMTP, etc. * Strong **written communication skills** for preparing reports and manuals. * Good verbal communication skills. * Technical English (for reading documentation). * Basic knowledge of **databases**.
