Collect documents related to packaging and receiving by physically retrieving documents from the packaging and receiving areas; 2\. Verify area documents manually to confirm their compliance; 3\. Collect signatures from responsible personnel on documents and verify correct document completion; if documents are non-compliant, request corrections; 4\. Complete new documents in cases of irregularities; 5\. Collect the coordinator’s signature on unit-related documents; deliver documents manually to the coordinator for validation and signing; 6\. Archive documents by organizing and storing them in their designated locations; 7\. Assemble UHT, receiving, standardization, and buttery documentation dossiers; 8\. Respond to traceability requests, support traceability activities, and sort relevant documents; 9\. Collect documents for the SGI system by segregating documents requested during audits; **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Administration, Business Management, Agro-industry, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields; * Basic computer skills; * Strong communication skills; * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional information** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation and meal allowance of BRL 200.00; * Group life insurance; * Dairy benefit; * Parking.
