SUMMARY Learning and support in general activities related to air operations departments. Data entry, spreadsheet control, requisitions and general documents, file organization and maintenance, processing and control of received documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Verify spreadsheets, reports, and documents to ensure the accuracy of reported data, entering information when necessary; Perform system entries; Learn how to organize and maintain up-to-date documentation files for air operations departments; Support other team members in the department with various tasks; Learn general processes of related departments to acquire technical knowledge and support operational needs; Perform other duties inherent and related to the position.
