POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Logistics) **HIRING METHOD:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics or Administration. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in Logistics training and/or courses. **PROOF:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer's statement containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a description of activities performed; b) Copy of the Worker’s Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification details and employer registration, explicitly showing relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “a” above, if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** § Experience delivering courses and lectures. § Enrollment in postgraduate studies. § Computer literacy. **CURRICULUM CONTENT:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
