If yes, this is your opportunity! **As Installation Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:** * Coordinate the area under your responsibility, ensuring achievement of expected results, defining priorities, monitoring KPIs, and promoting improvement of operational and/or administrative processes under your control and authority; * Coordinate your team of collaborators, defining tasks, providing technical guidance on work execution, and evaluating and correcting performance—leading by example and aiming to establish the best organizational climate in pursuit of results; * Ensure all procedures within your area comply with company-established rules, aiming for correct and efficient process operation while continuously seeking enhancement and optimization; * Comply with established internal standards, instructions, and procedures (quality, occupational safety, environmental safety, environment, preventive medicine, and others), aiming to implement preventive actions to guarantee favorable environmental and working conditions within the company; * Plan and coordinate installation of all systems within the scope of the project, executing the mobilization schedule, defining required resources for project commencement, and managing procurement and delivery of materials/equipment—ensuring the site has the right resources at the right time; * During project execution, serve as the interface between the field team and other involved parties, organizing project team meetings, conducting periodic site visits, and managing requirement lists—ensuring information exchange and decision-making occur as swiftly and accurately as possible; * Manage the site budget, compiling received cost data, analyzing and approving reports, and reviewing the budget and expenditure forecast for the following quarter; * Support and monitor emergency material procurement, alerting responsible personnel for material replenishment and dispatch, and ensuring timely delivery to the site to prevent work stoppages due to material shortages; * Provide technical and logistical support from headquarters to all stakeholders involved in projects and construction works—including technical and administrative matters—enabling them to remain focused on their field responsibilities; * Monitor and analyze KPIs for reporting to project management. **We expect you to have the following education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Production Engineering. **We seek candidates with the following technical skills:** * Corporate budgeting and site cost control. * Construction infrastructure planning. * Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management Systems. * Knowledge of quality management systems. * Advanced MS Project. * Advanced technical drawing reading and interpretation.
