Strong expertise in people management and continuous improvement JOB MISSION Manage a food industrial unit, ensuring operational effectiveness through proactive positioning and direct involvement in managing production areas and support teams, optimizing the company's production capacity and elevating the quality level of manufactured products. Directly responsible for industry, maintenance, logistics, shipping, suppliers, and service providers. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Preferred specialization in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, or related fields. Proven strong experience as a people manager and in continuous process improvement. Knowledge of quality, health, safety, and labor routines and regulations. Willingness to reside in the interior region of São Paulo state. Proficiency in ERP Totvs system Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite ADDITIONAL ASSETS Experience in the food industry Availability and prompt responsiveness due to the company’s 24-hour operations WORK DAYS AND HOURS Business hours from Monday to Friday COMPENSATION To be negotiated WORK LOCATION **(Interior of São Paulo) \- Requirements requested by the company:** Must be available for travel; must own a personal vehicle.
