Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for operating printing machines (Manroland and Heidelberg), ensuring continuity and quality of the production process through adjustments and color control.

3. Production monitoring and recordkeeping
* Perform printing of production orders by operating Manroland and Heidelberg machines, executing electromechanical commands of the machine.
* Ensure effective continuity of the production process by reviewing and understanding production folder documents: production order, technical sheet, plates, clichés, mock-ups, and other materials available at the machines.
* Adjust the machine to prevent production process failures by configuring the equipment's control paper.
* Monitor the printing process by taking retention samples of printed materials, comparing them against the customer-approved color standard, and adjusting printing parameters to avoid color variations and non-conformities in the printing process.
* Enter production quantities and losses into the shop-floor system to ensure accuracy of intermediate inventory data, among others.
Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
