Job Description We are seeking a professional with easy access to the Jarinu-SP region to work as an Import Analyst at a multinational company. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in International Trade or related field; Prior experience as Import Assistant or Import Analyst; Intermediate to Advanced English (Mandatory); Proficiency in Excel; Availability for immediate start. **Responsibilities:** - Plan and manage import operations workflow; - Monitor customs clearance processes, coordinating with customs brokers; - Review import documentation, request adjustments if necessary, and approve documents; - Track receipt of original import documents and perform verification; - Maintain contact with overseas suppliers to resolve pending issues or problems related to imports, including ongoing follow-up; - Arrange international transportation services and domestic freight; - Schedule carriers with terminals; - Arrange cargo insurance or add shipments to existing insurance policies for international freight; - Monitor international transportation; - Contact the insurance company in case of incidents/damage to cargo; - Estimate import costs; - Request and register service invoices and forward them for payment; - Send follow-ups to customers; - Submit updated weekly management reports on ongoing imports; - Answer phone calls; - Organize and archive documents **Employment Type: CLT** **Salary: BRL 4,364.00, increasing to BRL 4,801.00 after probationary period** **Work Location: BBP Jarinu** Benefits: Health insurance for employee and dependents (children and spouse included in income tax filing); Commuter bus service—or VT reimbursement on payroll; On-site meals or VR (meal allowance) of BRL 204.00 per month, linked to absenteeism; Group life insurance; Wellhub (Gympass) partnership; Dental plan (optional) Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 4,364.00 – BRL 4,801.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Screening Question(s): * Do you have easy access to Jarinu-SP?
