Join us and become part of a team that transforms logistics into an exceptional experience! **Job Mission:** The core focus will be managing the employee lifecycle in remote operations, ensuring units’ needs are met with agility and quality. **Attraction and Selection (Talent Acquisition)** * Map hiring needs together with local managers. * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (alignment, candidate hunting, interviews, and evaluation reports). * **Talent Pool Development:** Develop local recruitment sources and maintain an active pipeline for critical operational positions. * Conduct frequent visits to units to understand business realities and identify the ideal candidate profile for each region. **Onboarding and Integration** * Ensure every new employee has a welcoming onboarding experience. * Conduct in-person integrations at units, conveying company culture and values. * Monitor the first 90 days (probation period) jointly with leaders. **Development and Leadership** * Act as a consultative partner to operations leaders. * Support team development initiatives and local training programs. * Identify performance gaps and propose action plans. **Administrative/Admissional Support** * Liaise with the Payroll Department to verify documentation and support admission processes. * Ensure corporate HR policies are implemented consistently across all units. ### **3. Desired Requirements** * **Generalist Profile:** Solid experience in HR Subsystems (focus on R&S and T&D). * **Mobility:** Full availability for frequent travel across the interior of São Paulo state. * **Autonomy:** Ability to manage one’s own schedule and prioritize demands from multiple units. * **Communication:** Ability to report KPIs and scenarios to headquarters management clearly and analytically. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Education: * Human Resource Management, Bachelor’s Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree Willingness to travel Transportation Allowance (VT), Meal Voucher (VR), Health Insurance, and Dental Insurance
