Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Analyst who connects people, purpose, and processes, with expertise in Recruitment & Selection, Training, and HR Department routines. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. 2. Support HR department routines. 3. Contribute to internal programs related to workplace climate, culture, and employee engagement. Position: Human Resources Analyst Location: Eusébio Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 AM to 5:30 PM About the Position We are looking for someone who connects people, purpose, and processes. If you specialize in Recruitment \& Selection, have strong experience in Training, and are familiar with HR department operations, we want to meet you. Responsibilities * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, interviews, feedback). * Identify internal training needs and organize training sessions, onboarding, and development initiatives. * Support HR department routines, including time tracking, hiring, leave management, benefits administration, document handling, and employee support. * Contribute to internal programs related to workplace climate, culture, and employee engagement. * Prepare reports and key performance indicators for the HR function. Requirements * Prior experience in R\&S and Training. * Knowledge of HR department routines. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of prioritization. * Proficiency in recruitment tools and Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). * Experience in people development programs.
