Work as part of a team, following instructions and good hygiene practices We are seeking a **General Services Assistant** to work in the kitchen area, contributing to cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the environment while ensuring good hygiene practices. **Responsibilities** * Perform **hygiene and sanitation** of utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas (sinks, countertops, floors, cold rooms, etc.). * Assist in **organizing the environment**, properly disposing of waste and keeping work areas clean and safe. * Wash pots, baking trays, plates, and other utensils used by the kitchen staff. * Perform **waste collection and segregation** in accordance with food safety regulations. * Strictly comply with the company's required **safety, hygiene, and good practice procedures**. **Requirements** * Elementary education. * Flexible working hours. * Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. * Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization. * Prior experience in kitchens or general services is desirable.
