Job Summary: A professional responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and organization of various spaces, ensuring hygiene and good condition of the institution's premises. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of various institutional spaces 2. Organization and maintenance of cleaning materials and utensils 3. Preparation of venues for events and academic activities * Perform cleaning and maintenance of spaces such as classrooms, hallways, auditoriums, and other common areas of the institution, using general-purpose cleaning products and equipment appropriate for the tasks. * Sweep and clean floors, furniture, glass surfaces, and walls, ensuring the spaces remain in good condition. * Collect dry and recyclable waste, properly packaging residues for collection according to internal regulations. * Clean surfaces, floors, walls, and furniture using manual techniques or specialized equipment such as floor buffers and industrial vacuum cleaners. * Organize and maintain cleaning materials and utensils used in daily routines. * Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and equipment, as well as compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, and health standards. * Assist in preparing venues for meetings, events, and academic activities when requested. * Perform other related duties consistent with the same level of responsibility, complexity, and expertise, provided they align with the position’s responsibilities and do not involve functions outside the scope of this role.
