Teamwork and commitment to cleanliness and organization We are looking for a **General Services Assistant** to work in the kitchen area, contributing to cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the environment while ensuring good hygiene practices. **Responsibilities** * Perform **cleaning and sanitization** of utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas (sinks, countertops, floors, cold rooms, etc.). * Assist in **organizing the environment**, properly disposing of waste and maintaining clean and safe work areas. * Wash pots, baking trays, plates, and other utensils used by the kitchen team. * Perform **waste collection and segregation** in accordance with food safety regulations. * Strictly comply with the company's required **safety, hygiene, and good practice procedures**. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization. * Prior experience in kitchens or general services is desirable but not mandatory. **What We Value** * Agility, responsibility, and proactivity. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Compliance with food safety standards (GMP).
