Job Summary: Professional responsible for waste collection and removal, external cleaning support, and general assistance in condominium conservation activities. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in cleaning and collection tasks Perform waste collection and removal, and support external cleaning of the condominium area. Support the condominium team whenever necessary in activities related to the maintenance and operation of common areas. Schedule and Rotation: 6 days on / 1 day off — 7 hours and 20 minutes worked per day, totaling 44 hours per week. Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday; alternating weekends off (Saturday and Sunday), working hours from 10:00 to 18:20\.
