Job Summary: Physical support professional for the installation and maintenance of air conditioning, exhaust, and duct systems, performing site preparation, material transportation, and assistance in physically demanding tasks. Support tasks in installation, cleaning, and organization Provide physical operational support for the installation and maintenance of air conditioning, exhaust, and duct systems. Responsible for preparing the worksite, transporting materials, and assisting with physically demanding and organizational tasks. **Main Responsibilities (The "Right Hand" On-Site)** * **Material Logistics:** Load and unload heavy equipment (air conditioners, motors, duct rolls, toolboxes) from the vehicle to the installation site. * **Site Preparation:** Assemble ladders and scaffolding, and isolate the area using cones or safety tape. * **Installation Assistance:** Hold parts for fastening, pull cables, deliver tools to the mechanic, and assist in positioning galvanized or flexible ducts. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Collect material scraps (sheet metal cut-offs, screws, wires), clean wall drilling debris, and keep company tools clean and properly stored. * **Support Services:** Perform simple drilling with a rotary hammer, assist in washing air conditioner filters and plastic components under supervision. **What Is Expected From This Professional** * **Physical Stamina:** Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for an entire workday. * **Safety Awareness:** Strictly follow safety guidelines, especially when working at heights or in industrial environments. * **Agility:** Execute simple tasks quickly to avoid delaying the mechanic waiting for a tool or material. * **Professional Conduct:** Be punctual, respectful toward clients, and conscientious about company property (vehicles and tools). **Basic Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Experience with basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, drills) is a plus. * Availability for travel or flexible hours (common in industrial maintenance). * **Willingness to Learn:** Ideal position for those with no prior experience in this field but eager to learn a profession by assisting experienced professionals.
