Values responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment **Responsibilities:** * Operate furnaces used in the investment casting process * Perform ceramic shell burnout * Control temperature, time, and thermal profiles * Safely load and unload furnaces * Monitor process parameters and record data * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness **Requirements:** * Experience as a furnace operator in industry (preference for investment casting or foundry experience) * Basic knowledge of temperature control and thermal processes * Familiarity with industrial safety practices * Responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment * Flexible working hours **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with investment casting (lost-wax process) * Knowledge of heat treatment or foundry operations * Technical diploma (metallurgy, mechanical engineering, or related fields) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher Work Location: On-site
