Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, identifying, storing, picking, shipping, and replenishing materials—verifying codes, descriptions, quantities, and other references per documentation and WMS. Execute pallet picking, movement, and storage; support operations and inventory activities; perform all tasks related to your department—from receiving and storage through to product shipment—while observing and assessing safety conditions for personnel and equipment involved. Certification in forklift operation is mandatory; only certified personnel may operate material handling equipment. Adhere to safety and quality standards to ensure excellence and quality across the entire logistics chain. **Requirements** -------------- Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Comfort with numbers * Availability for 1st and 3rd shifts **Responsibilities** --------------------- Key responsibilities include: 1. Participate in briefings; 2. Perform forklift pre-operational checklists; 3. Continuously assess PPE and safety conditions; 4. Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) concepts and regulations; 5. Operate material handling equipment only when duly authorized; 6. Assume responsibility for materials, machinery, and equipment under your custody; 7. Follow operational processes according to established procedures and work instructions; 8. Inspect products in staged picking areas; 11. Package products in the Maquila area; 12. Perform bulk cargo loading (spotting); 13. Assist in product counting; 14. Assist with battery replacement; 15. Assist in organizing and maintaining Packaging and/or pallet storage areas; 16. Organize pallets in aisles, verifying alignment and checking for visible product damage; 17. Repalletize and apply stretch film to pallets as required; 18. Ensure tasks are performed in compliance with departmental work procedures; 19. Ensure compliance with HSE rules; 20. Respect HSE regulations and quality-related requirements; 21.
