Analyze and control document flow related to operations, customs regimes, and foreign exchange regimes. Maintain an updated archive of all import processes. Support unit administrative routines. Verify and prepare invoices, packing lists, HBLs, and LI documents. Quote, negotiate, and analyze international and domestic freight. Monitor cargo follow-up. Previous experience as an International Trade Specialist, Import/Export Analyst, Foreign Trade Consultant, or International Logistics Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
