Job Summary: Professional responsible for food product development, process optimization, quality management, and production of frozen products for the international market. Key Highlights: 1. Development of new food products and process improvements 2. Implementation of standards, supplier audits, and quality management (QMS) 3. End-to-end management of production and logistics for frozen products - Responsible for new product development in food industries (formulations, production processes, documentation). - Process improvement in production (cost reduction, time savings, labor allocation). - Implementation of standards and conducting supplier audits. - Continuous improvement of QMS - Technical Responsibility - Legislation. Technical responsibility and coordination in research and development (R&D), audits, training, and quality management systems (technical specifications, forms, manuals, performance indicators, work instructions (WI), standard operating procedures (SOP), good manufacturing practices (GMP), hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP). - Management of frozen product production for the international market, including responsibility for production processes, planning, inventory (raw materials, packaging, finished goods), and logistics. - Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly production scheduling and planning of raw material and packaging procurement needs. - Technical Responsible as recognized by CRQ-IV. - Development of planning, waste, and target reports for management review. - Preparation, monitoring, and closure of production orders, including structure/review. - Cold storage inventory management for frozen products (allocation, organization, and planning of product inflows and outflows). - Domestic logistics and export management (invoice/packing list).
