If you enjoy working with people, challenges, and a fast-paced environment, this is your place! **Your mission here** Supervise and ensure the availability, safety, operational efficiency, and legal compliance of the carrier’s vehicle fleet, guaranteeing on-time deliveries, reducing operational costs, and delivering excellence in customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the **management of owned and/or affiliated fleets**, ensuring vehicle availability and good condition; * Plan, monitor, and control **preventive and corrective maintenance**, minimizing unplanned downtime; * Monitor fleet performance indicators (KPIs), such as: * Fuel consumption; * Cost per kilometer traveled; * Vehicle availability; * Breakdown and maintenance rate; * Control **mandatory fleet documentation** (licensing, insurance, tachographs, inspections, chronotachographs, ANTT, etc.); * Monitor and guide drivers regarding: * Defensive driving; * Proper vehicle usage; * Compliance with internal policies and traffic legislation; * Manage **operational incidents**, such as damage, accidents, fines, and collisions, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions; * Negotiate and oversee **maintenance suppliers**, parts, tires, fuel, and outsourced services; * Ensure compliance with **safety, environmental, labor, and transportation regulations**; * Collaborate with **Operations, Logistics, Safety, HR, and Finance departments**, ensuring process alignment; * Prepare management reports and present results and continuous improvement plans. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** * Completed high school education (technical or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred); * Proven experience in **fleet management within the transportation/logistics sector**; * Knowledge of: * Vehicle maintenance (preventive and corrective); * Traffic and cargo transportation legislation; * Operational cost management; * Proficiency in control tools (Excel, fleet management systems, telematics, and tracking); * Valid driver’s license (category compatible with the fleet). **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (technical or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred); * Proven experience in **fleet management within the transportation/logistics sector**; * Knowledge of: * Vehicle maintenance (preventive and corrective); * Traffic and cargo transportation legislation; * Operational cost management; * Proficiency in control tools (Excel, fleet management systems, telematics, and tracking); * Valid driver’s license (category compatible with the fleet). **Work Schedule** Full-time **What We Offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** R$ 35.00 per day **Fuel Voucher:** R$ 550.00 per month **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (no deduction and optional deductible plans) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** available after hiring—you choose the plan **Profit Sharing (PLR):** up to 3 salaries (per internal policy) **Birthday Day Off:** one paid day off on your birthday, starting after 3 months **Domina Baby Program:** special newborn kit available after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad Program:** 10-day paternity leave, starting after 3 months **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
