**Main Responsibilities**: * Verify and update vehicle data (chassis, model, version, color, license plate) in the system * Manage vehicle documentation (invoice, CRV/DUT, licensing, registration) * Monitor processes with customs brokers and DETRAN * Control test-drive fleet and support vehicles (usage, mileage, and maintenance) * Monitor vehicle preparation for sale (inspection, servicing, cleaning) * Control fleet-related costs (maintenance, fuel, services) * Verify invoices and support financial entries * Prepare inventory, vehicle turnover, and operational performance reports * Liaise with suppliers (transport companies, repair shops, insurance providers) * Support internal audits and compliance with dealership regulations Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$3.500,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Fleet management (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
