For this position, your mission will be to assist in preparing accounts payable and receivable processes, execute the company’s financial commitments, and monitor and close cash operations… We can’t wait to find out if it’s you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Issue all service invoices (NFSE) for the company. Issue product invoices (DANFE) for the company. Perform managerial control of the company’s invoicing and report to internal departments. Issue negative certificates (MUNICIPAL, STATE, FEDERAL). Perform accounting integration of invoices. Record invoices and bank slips into the computerized system for payment. Receive product and service invoices, verify their registration in the computerized system, and implement necessary adjustments. Monitor annual renewals of operating licenses, sanitary registrations, and CREA registrations for headquarters and branches. Reconcile taxes withheld at source, such as PCC, INSS, IRRF, and ISS. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences. User-level computer literacy.
