




Job Summary: The Field Supervisor leads and supervises operational activities, ensuring deadlines, quality, safety, and productivity, serving as the liaison between the team and management. Proficiency in people management and problem solving The Field Supervisor will be responsible for leading, supervising, and monitoring operational activities in the field, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, safety, and productivity. They will act as a support point between the operational team and management, ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with company guidelines. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and monitor field work teams, assigning tasks and tracking performance; * Ensure adherence to established schedules and targets; * Guarantee proper use of materials, tools, and equipment; * Supervise compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards; * Report activity progress to leadership and suggest improvements to operational processes; * Monitor attendance, productivity, and team behavior in the field; * Assist in training and onboarding new employees. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical course in a related field is preferred); * Prior experience in operational leadership roles or as a field supervisor/foreman; * Proficiency in people management and problem solving; * Knowledge of operational routines and productivity control; * Availability for fieldwork and possible travel. Desirable: Driver's license category B; Basic understanding of project reading and activity planning.
