Then apply now and don’t waste time! **Responsibilities and Duties** **As an Operations Coordinator, you will focus on:** * Coordinating the Field Technician team — both in-house and third-party — by periodically monitoring field teams; * Managing team performance for analysts, ensuring team members remain organized and focused on service delivery and organizational objectives; * Defining the scope of Field Technical Support; * Developing and implementing processes to ensure optimal customer service; * Systematically tracking activities to guarantee SLA compliance for client implementations; * Defining tactical maneuvers and jointly developing action plans with management; * Creating and presenting regular reports on operational delivery and monthly team KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we’re looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, IT Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience leading IT operations; * Knowledge of Project Methodology and Agile frameworks; * Solid understanding of IT Hardware / Infrastructure; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation creation; * Advanced Excel skills, including formulas such as: Pivot Tables, Charts, and automation via Macros, VBA, or other tools; **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Prior experience in the technology sector; * Previous experience coordinating Field Support services; * Knowledge of Power BI. **Additional Information** * **Work Location: Alphaville Office** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00\. * **Employment Type:** CLT / On-site **What we offer:** Meal Allowance Food Allowance Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance Health Insurance Life Insurance Dental Plan Profit Sharing (PLR) Birthday Day Off Total Pass **We are Arklok — the real OUTSOURCING.** **One of Brazil’s largest Full IT Outsourcing companies.** **Notebooks \| Desktops \| Monitors \| Mobile** With over **15 years of experience**, we deliver comprehensive technology solutions and IT equipment leasing services.
