**Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct commercial visits to small- and medium-sized food establishments, managing a portfolio that includes food, beverages, and cleaning products. * Adopt a consultative approach, identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions. * Prospect new customers and execute strategic outreach, presenting products and services in a personalized manner. * Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing—ensuring agility and efficiency. * Develop and maintain strong relationships, promoting customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reinforcement at the point of sale. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food segment (small and medium retail). * Completed high school education (a college degree is considered a plus). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. * Strong results orientation and motivation to meet targets. * Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships. * Own vehicle and valid driver's license (CNH). **Additional Information** * Fixed + variable compensation. * Meal allowance. * Fuel allowance. * Health insurance (available after 3 months). * Dental insurance (available after 3 months). * Partnerships with higher education institutions and pharmacy chains. * Corporate mobile phone for professional use. * Access to TotalPass benefit (gyms and wellness).
