Key responsibilities: • Coordinate order picking, verification, and dispatch • Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines and quality standards • Supervise loading operations and maintain organization in the dispatch area • Monitor dispatched inventory and prevent discrepancies • Conduct verifications and support inventory counts • Lead the team by assigning tasks and monitoring performance • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures Requirements: Proven experience in this role (minimum 6 months) • Forklift Operator certification • Experience in dispatch routines and team leadership • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree Desired Qualification: *Logistics, Bachelor's degree
