At our core, we foster a diverse and inclusive environment where passionate people—driven by the purpose of improving quality of life and contributing to a healthier future—grow together every day, embrace an ownership mindset, and pursue excellence. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Assist in preparing and analyzing maintenance reports and indicators related to the packaging area. * Support factories (Brazil level) in identifying opportunities to optimize maintenance plans and maintenance costs. * Participate in corporate meetings and strategy management for maintenance implementation across factories. * Collaborate on the creation, replication, and modification of technical components within Nesflow / Sparetech platforms. * Support factories in using digital tools and the AMM module (SAP) to streamline daily operations and maintenance management. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office Suite). * Ability to analyze data and work effectively and collaboratively in teams. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Preferred Qualifications: * Technical training in mechanics, electrical engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of TPM (Planned Maintenance Pillar); * Familiarity with ERP software and Power\-BI. **Availability for an in-person internship of 6 hours per day in Araras.**
