Responsible for implementing the asset management methodology and controlling industrial maintenance activities, with the primary objective of preventing unplanned production stoppages. Their role is focused on promoting operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and applying tools associated with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). **Responsibilities and duties** Develop and implement strategic plans for industrial maintenance, ensuring continuous availability of equipment and machinery. Prepare preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules aligned with the company’s production targets. Monitor equipment performance, identifying potential failures and proposing corrective actions; Analyze maintenance data and operational trends to anticipate potential problems and prevent unplanned stoppages. Implement proactive maintenance strategies aimed at maximizing operational efficiency; Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes, proposing and implementing innovative solutions. Collaborate with operational teams to optimize the effectiveness of maintenance procedures; Work on developing and implementing TPM-related practices, fostering a production-centered maintenance culture. Facilitate TPM-related training and capacity-building for involved teams; Collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure an integrated approach to maintenance activities.
