Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring, investigating, and implementing actions to control healthcare-associated infections, as well as developing protocols, training programs, and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in the control and prevention of healthcare-associated infections. 2. Development of protocols and training for clinical care teams. 3. Epidemiological analysis and monitoring of infection indicators. **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Monitor and investigate cases of infection. * Develop and implement action plans for controlling healthcare-associated infections. * Conduct and participate in infection control audits. * Develop protocols and departmental documents. * Develop and disseminate standards and routines for infection prevention. * Design, deliver, and guide clinical care teams on infection prevention and control practices through training. * Produce informational materials on infections and prevention. * Define and monitor infection control indicators. * Monitor antimicrobial and germicide usage. * Conduct clinical visits to identify and assess infection risks. * Prepare reports on the epidemiological status of healthcare-associated infections. * Monitor the effectiveness of infection control measures. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements** * Up-to-date technical knowledge in Healthcare-Associated Infection Control; * Experience in epidemiological investigation and development of action plans; * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with Tasy and EPA systems; * Ability to structure and apply protocols; * Skill in conducting training and guiding multidisciplinary teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Continuous professional development through courses, conferences, and scientific publications; * Ethical, professional, and collaborative attitude; * Punctuality and attendance; * Resilience and strong communication skills; * Ability to remain calm in crisis situations. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Fuel allowance, Education allowance, Disclosed during interview, Life insurance, Culture voucher, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
