Experience in home care and healthcare judicialization We are seeking a **Case Nurse** to manage and monitor patients, ensuring quality of care, process control, and interface with health insurance operators. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct medical record audits, checklists, and non-conformance control * Manage extensions with health insurance operators (submission of documents, authorizations, passwords, and deadlines) * Monitor consultations and clinical needs, including injunction cases * Develop and validate the monthly matrix (budgets, supplies, and communication with teams and families) * Support the procurement department in material analysis, substitutions, and cost evaluation * Monitor patients (complications, system entries, and communication with health insurance operators) * Update clinical spreadsheets and track departmental performance indicators ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (with active COREN registration) * Prior experience as a Case Nurse or in patient management * Experience with health insurance operators and authorization processes * Knowledge of medical record auditing and performance indicator control * Driver's license category B * Strong communication and organizational skills ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in home care * Knowledge of healthcare judicialization (injunctions) * Proficiency in Excel and clinical management systems ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance (VA) * Cost-of-living allowance * Health and dental insurance Totalpass * DEDICARE CUIDADOS values diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
