The Electromechanical Technician is responsible for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment and facilities, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of the corn milling and processing production process. This role involves identifying failures, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, as well as implementing improvements that guarantee operational safety, quality, and productivity.
* Perform preventive, corrective, and improvement-oriented electromechanical maintenance services on machines, equipment, and systems within the industrial plant;
* Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical failures in motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, electrical panels, and other equipment;
* Carry out adjustments, component replacements, and equipment lubrication according to maintenance plans;
* Perform installation and assembly of electromechanical components in accordance with engineering drawings and technical specifications;
* Support calibration and adjustment of equipment to ensure optimal operational performance;
* Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations during all activities;
* Provide technical support to operations personnel, advising on proper equipment usage;
* Record completed maintenance tasks in work orders, maintaining up-to-date equipment service histories;
* Participate in training sessions and capacity-building programs for technical enhancement.
