Its railway network connects the ports of **Itaqui (São Luís/MA)**, **Pecém (São Gonçalo do Amarante/CE)**, and **Mucuripe (Fortaleza/CE)**, playing a strategic role in logistics and regional development. Established in 2012 following the spin-off of Transnordestina Logística S/A, FTL manages a railway network of approximately **1.237 km**, handling around **2.9 million net tons in 2024**. **Internship Opportunity – Rolling Stock Maintenance** We have an open internship opportunity aimed at students seeking to develop technical and administrative competencies while supporting management and daily operations within the **Rolling Stock Maintenance area**, in a challenging and collaborative corporate environment. **Academic Qualifications** * **Electrical Engineering** * **Mechanical Engineering** **Currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward** **Responsibilities** * Monitoring and tracking **maintenance performance data and indicators**; * Developing, updating, and supporting implementation of **action plans aimed at continuous improvement of maintenance processes**; * Supporting **failure analysis**, equipment/system reliability, and performance evaluation; * Assisting in the preparation of **technical reports**, controls, and departmental presentations; * Supporting **operational routines of the rolling stock maintenance area**; * Organizing and analyzing technical information to support management decision-making. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a degree in **Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering**, from the **4th semester onward**; * Intermediate proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite**, with emphasis on **Excel**; * Organized, proactive, analytical profile with strong willingness to learn; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with **SAP**; * Experience or knowledge of **quality tools** and process improvement. **Benefits** * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 917.00 * **TotalPass** * **Gympass** * **Hapvida Health Plan – 100% company-funded** **Why Intern at Transnordestina?** At Transnordestina, you will have the opportunity to **learn through hands-on experience**, develop both technical and behavioral skills, and advance professionally while contributing to a **project of major significance for national logistics and development**.
