Opportunity to handle product registration and customer service We seek an intern to learn by doing and grow in e\-commerce, joining a team immersed in the daily realities of online sales. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Organized and effective communicator * Familiarity with digital environments and navigation on online platforms. **Profile:** * Proactive and eager to learn * Detail-oriented * Interested in online sales **Location:** On-site **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with a 30-minute break) **Stipend:** R$ 900.00 **Transportation Allowance:** R$ 200.00 **Responsibilities:** * Register and update products on platforms such as Shopee and Mercado Livre * Monitor orders through to delivery * Pick, verify, and pack products * Assist with shipping and track deliveries * Update inventory and monitor sales * Provide customer service (chat, e\-mail, and WhatsApp) * Support promotions and marketing campaigns
