Job Summary: Internship at a wooden lighting company, focused on marketplace management, ERP, logistics, and interaction with production and customer service departments. Key Highlights: 1. Support reverse logistics and interact with production and customer service ***About Us*** ***Adrilustres*** is a company specialized in producing wooden lighting fixtures, combining creativity, quality, and teamwork, with a focus on e-commerce sales and customer experience. ***Internship Responsibilities:*** * Marketplace Management: Assist in generating and processing orders from Mercado Livre, Shopee, the company's own website, and other channels; * Shipping label management and daily tracking of pickups/deliveries with logistics carriers; * ERP (Bling) Operation: Use the system to issue documents, manage inventory, and monitor order flow; * Reverse Logistics Support: Technical screening and analysis of returned products for reporting to Customer Service; * Interaction with production and customer service departments to ensure optimal customer experience. ***Requirements:*** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields), starting from the 1st semester; * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and able to quickly learn new systems. ***About the Position:*** * Location: Vila Sônia – West Zone / SP * Salary: R$1,300 + Transportation Allowance (VT) * Benefits: Meal Voucher, Dental Plan, TotalPass, and Life Insurance * Employment Type: Internship – Nube * Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8 AM to 3 PM * Career Development Plan: We value internal talent with a structured development plan * Conversion Opportunity: High likelihood of CLT hiring after internship period Job Type: Internship Compensation: R$1,300.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available for an in-person interview? * Do you have easy access to the location?
