Our delivery goes beyond logistics—it is a commitment to **excellence** and **quality**, making a difference in every solution we offer. **E\-COMMERCE ANALYST \- OPERATIONS** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Register and update products (descriptions, images, prices, and inventory); * Track orders from approval through delivery; * Support billing and coordinate with logistics; * Monitor marketplaces and e\-commerce platforms; * Assist customers (chat, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and platforms); * Monitor performance indicators (sales, conversion rate, cancellations, returns); * Generate simple reports and support performance analysis. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred); * Knowledge of e\-commerce, marketplaces, and administrative routines; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Familiarity with systems (ERP, e\-commerce platforms such as Mercado Livre, Tray, Bling, etc.). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Meal Allowance: BRL 400.00 * Health Insurance \- Frei Galvão * Helpmóvel * On-site cafeteria/lunch * Breakfast * Life Insurance * Tuition Assistance * Birthday gifts for employees celebrating birthdays each month * Company Anniversary gift * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Gympass/Wellhub * Conexa Saúde \- consultations with psychologists and nutritionists * Partnership with ACIL * Partnership with SESI **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Limeira, SP, BR Full-time CLT On-site
