




Conduct all activities related to dredging operations, ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation, including inspections, operational adjustments, and daily refueling, for which the operator is 100% responsible. The operator is responsible for installing, assembling, operating, and monitoring the dredge and polymer system at all stages of the operation, ensuring production optimization and minimal losses. The operator must install the dewatering bed and drainage system, as well as handle the placement and filling of geoforms (Geobags), ensuring their stability and efficiency. In addition to equipment operation, the operator is responsible for planning, assigning, and supervising the activities of general assistants, ensuring proper use of PPE, compliance with the company's technical, operational, and safety procedures, and proper worksite organization. The operator is also required to drive a company or rented vehicle to transport assistants to the site and retrieve materials when requested or necessary. The operator must organize and request in advance all materials, supplies, and resources essential for carrying out activities, as well as prepare and submit a daily Work Report containing detailed descriptions of activities, incident records, supply needs, updated photos, and information on service progress. Finally, the operator is responsible for actively participating in mobilization and demobilization phases of dredging equipment and systems, ensuring correct installation, operation, retrieval, and proper storage of all resources used.
