**Job Description:** ---------------------- Execute and support operational routines related to the Drawback process, focusing on controls, verifications, analyses, and monitoring of granting acts, contributing to the proper use of the tax incentive and excellence in customer service. \-Analyze export forecasts and the structure of exported products regarding their imported and/or locally acquired components to enable the opening of Drawback. \-Monitor balances, need for amendments, and closure of Drawback granting acts, as well as optimize the use of the incentive. \-Monitor expiration dates of granting acts and other documents related to the incentive. \-Support standardization of controls, report generation, updating and development of spreadsheets, and Excel dashboards. \-Verify Drawback balance control spreadsheets, checking data required to maintain the granting act. \-Perform calculations and verifications of supporting documentation and information in import records, invoices, and export documents. \-Prepare drafts and technical documents under supervision.
