**Job Description:** ---------------------- Control all terminal access related to the movement of people carrying objects that could be used for criminal or illegal acts; Control access of materials and equipment lacking ownership documentation (list), especially during services performed by contracted third parties, or in any other situation inconsistent with established regulations; Ensure compliance with Internal Norms and notify the Lead Security Agent and the monitoring center of any non-compliance; Perform vehicle and personnel entry/exit control, recording data in a specific spreadsheet or computerized system using a tablet; Conduct vehicle and truck inspections following OEA procedures, as well as inspections of trailers or box trucks loaded with full or empty containers, adhering to the OEA’s 17-point inspection procedure; Fleet key control; issuance of traffic passes; control of issuance and return of "live-eye" devices; fleet control entries into computerized systems; receipt and delivery of tachograph discs; Record meal breaks or restroom visits, occasionally substituting for Reception Assistants during their absences; Register individuals and issue identification badges via computerized system for suppliers and visitors; Handle and transfer telephone calls to respective departments.
