Job Summary: Controls access of people and vehicles, safeguards property security, and guides visitors with effective communication and ethical conduct. Key Highlights: 1. Guiding and communicating with visitors **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in this role is considered a plus; * Knowledge of access control for people and vehicles; * Basic computer skills; * Strong communication skills, courtesy, and ethical conduct; * Organization, responsibility, and commitment; * Availability to work according to the schedule and shift roster established by the institution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control access for employees, students, visitors, and service providers; * Identify and guide visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments; * Monitor entry and exit of people and vehicles; * Safeguard property security by observing and reporting any irregularities; * Perform other duties inherent to the role as directed by management.
