Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for tracking, scheduling, and optimizing delivery routes; monitoring fleet operations; controlling cargo; and supporting administrative routines. Customer support and administrative tasks Track orders and perform delivery route planning to ensure timely deliveries and route optimization; schedule and adjust routes according to operational requirements and customer appointments; coordinate deliveries and provide support to specific customers; manage product returns and update inventory records; authorize vehicle dispatch for routes and monitor departures and returns; verify travel expenses and expense reporting; monitor fleet status and delivery progress; record incidents (absences, errors, returns) and support audits; manage invoices and freight settlement; support administrative routines. Requirements: Completed high school education. A bachelor's degree in Administration or Logistics is desirable. Residency in Lauro de Freitas \- BA is desirable.
