We’re looking for a **Head of VIP** to build and scale our VIP operation in Brazil, establishing BetWarrior as the go\-to operator for high\-value players in the market. **In this Role, You’ll:** * Bring and manage an existing network of high\-value players from day one * Build and execute the acquisition and retention strategy for VIP players in Brazil * Prospect and acquire VIP players through poker clubs, agents, intermediaries, premium events, and digital channels * Develop and manage partnerships with accredited VIP agents and affiliates * Represent BetWarrior at strategic events, poker tournaments, and premium networking opportunities * Build and manage a structured VIP acquisition pipeline with monthly growth targets * Manage VIP relationships proactively through personalized communication and exclusive experiences * Design and execute hospitality plans, live events, customized benefits, and premium activations * Partner with CRM teams on segmentation strategies, dedicated campaigns, and churn prevention initiatives * Define VIP tiers, benefits, betting limits, and qualification criteria * Own VIP revenue targets and provide weekly business updates to leadership Scale the VIP operation over time, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the business grows * **We’re Looking for Someone who Brings:** * 3–5\+ years of experience in VIP Management within iGaming, sports betting, online casino, land\-based casino, or premium entertainment industries * Proven ability to leverage an existing network of high\-value players and established relationships with VIP agents, poker clubs, or premium player communities across Brazil (non\-negotiable requirement). * Strong connections within São Paulo’s poker and premium entertainment ecosystem * Deep understanding of VIP acquisition, retention, and relationship management strategies * Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate against ambitious growth targets * Exceptional relationship\-building and communication skills * Native Portuguese and advanced English **Bonus Points if You Also Have:** * Previous experience at a leading sportsbook, online casino, or premium land\-based casino operator * Experience building VIP structures, teams, or processes from scratch * Knowledge of CRM, loyalty programs, and player segmentation strategies * Spanish proficiency **How we do things** * You combine attention to detail with a proactive mindset, making sure every campaign goes out accurately and on time. * You are naturally collaborative and know how to work across teams to move ideas from concept to execution. * You stay curious, test new approaches, and look for smarter ways to improve performance and processes. * You balance executional excellence with strategic thinking, always connecting day\-to\-day actions to bigger business outcomes. * You communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and thrive in dynamic environments where priorities evolve fast. **We expect every team member to live our values** **Accountability \& Ownership –** Take charge, own your craft **Reliability –** Deliver with quality and consistency **Teamwork –** Collaborate, challenge, and grow together **Winner Spirit –** Compete with purpose and grit **Wellbeing –** Build a career that energizes you **Curiosity \& Innovation –** Keep questioning.
