We have revolutionized the traditional technology market, grown, evolved, and if you wish to be part of this, stay with us. **Responsibilities and attributes** #### **We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the experience of our digital products, acting from** **research and problem definition** **to the** **delivery of polished and consistent interfaces****. The person will be responsible for** **ensuring user-centered experiences aligned with business objectives.** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, data analysis) to support design decisions; * Map user journeys, flows, and information architecture; * Create wireframes, prototypes (low and high fidelity), and final interfaces; * Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring visual and experiential consistency across products; * Work integrated with agile teams (squads), participating in refinements, plannings, and alignments with Product Owners and developers; * Validate design hypotheses through tests and usage metrics; * Collaborate with the development team on implementation, ensuring delivery fidelity; * Disseminate UX best practices. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory** requirements: * Solid (senior) experience in UX/UI Design, with a portfolio demonstrating the complete process (from problem to solution); * Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma); * Experience with user research and usability testing; * Knowledge in creating and maintaining design systems; * Mastery of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and integrated work with squads; * Ability to translate business requirements and user needs into design solutions; * Good communication skills to defend design decisions with data and arguments.
