If you want to be part of this evolution and grow alongside Ponta, this opportunity could be yours! **We currently have an opening for Tech Lead—check the details below!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the focal point and **technical reference** for the development team, supporting technical decisions, standardization, and tool usage; * Actively participate in **code reviews** and **definition of best practices**; * Collaborate with the solution architect to design and evolve solutions; * Ensure **technical quality** of software (testing, performance, security, observability, maintainability); * Support the team in **breaking down requirements** into technical specifications, estimations, and delivery planning; * Collaborate with **Product Manager/Owner** and other areas (Design, Business, Data, Infrastructure) to align priorities and technical feasibility; * Lead **continuous improvement initiatives** (refactorings, automations, technical debt reduction); * Mentor developers at various levels, supporting their **career development** and knowledge sharing; * Participate in **incident investigation and resolution**, proposing preventive actions (post\-mortems, RCA, etc.); * Contribute to building a strong, collaborative, and results-oriented **software engineering culture**. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience as a **software developer** (senior level), with hands-on daily development work; * Proficient in ONE or more of the following programming languages/frameworks: Java, C\#, React, or Angular; * Strong knowledge of **software architecture**, design patterns, and programming best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, etc.); * Experience with **REST APIs** (GraphQL is a plus), relational and/or NoSQL databases; * Experience with **cloud platforms** (preferably AWS) and cloud architecture concepts; * Experience working in **agile environments** (Scrum, Kanban) and using version control tools (Git); * Ability to **communicate clearly**, and translate technical terms into business language; * Collaborative mindset, strong sense of **ownership**, and focus on delivering value. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **DevOps**, including CI/CD practices, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes); * Experience with **distributed architectures** (microservices, messaging, event-driven systems); * Participation in technical communities, open-source contributions, talks, articles, etc. **What We Expect From This Person:** * Someone who **enjoys coding**, but is also comfortable supporting other developers; * A person who challenges the status quo, proposes improvements, and helps elevate the team’s capabilities; * A profile that balances **technical excellence** with **product/business vision**, helping prioritize what truly delivers value. **Additional Information** **Information:** **Work Location:** Remote **Employment Type:** CLT; **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday 8 AM–6 PM, Friday 8 AM–5 PM. **Our benefits are amazing—take a look!** Meal/Voucher Card (Flash): You choose whether to use it at supermarkets or restaurants; Life Insurance; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Birthday Day Off \+ a Flash card credit gift to enjoy however you like!
