**Data Science Specialist** We are looking for a **Data Science Specialist** to architect, build, and deploy robust AI solutions at Winnin. Here, you won’t just write prompts—you’ll design complete systems where LLMs interact with our core infrastructure, databases, and internal APIs, with a focus on scalability and reliability. **What you’ll do:** * Build and maintain complex agent workflows using Python and LangChain, ensuring determinism, fault resilience, and production-grade performance * Design end\-to\-end AI application architecture—mapping data flow between LLMs, interfaces, APIs, and databases * Develop and integrate secure, high-performance APIs to expose AI capabilities and connect agents to legacy systems and external tools * Work with relational (SQL), non\-relational (NoSQL), and vector databases to ground AI in proprietary data * Write clean, modular, and testable code, collaborating with the engineering team on deployments with logging, monitoring, and error handling * Serve as a technical bridge between Data Science and Software Engineering, guiding the team on system architecture and API design **What we’re looking for:** * Solid experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, or Software Engineering with an AI focus * Advanced Python—treating DS code as production code * Proven experience designing scalable solutions involving multiple microservices, APIs, and data sources * Proficiency in building, consuming, and securing REST APIs * Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, pgvector) for RAG applications * Hands\-on experience with LangChain and modern LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) in production environments **Nice to have:** * Experience with LangGraph or other agent orchestration frameworks * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) * Familiarity with CI/CD, LLMOps, and language model observability * Experience with Temporal.io workflows **Job details:** * Area: Tech — Data * Level: Specialist I * Employment type: CLT * Work mode: Remote People with disabilities are warmly welcomed and strongly encouraged to apply.
