Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes, contributing to the scalability and efficiency of data solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Data Engineering Specialist**, you will be responsible for: * Defining **best practices and processes** for the Data Engineering team * Creating **products for technical teams** to simplify and accelerate Data Engineering processes * **Maintaining and evolving** the data architecture * **Designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing** data pipelines * Working with the tech stack: Azure Cloud, Repos, DevOps, Snowflake, Data Factory, Power BI, SQL, Python * Applying and studying best practices for **cloud data security and governance** * Managing **FinOps** for Data Engineering initiatives * Questioning and understanding requirements raised by business, IT, or Data teams **Requirements and Qualifications** If you have: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience and knowledge of agile methodologies; * Experience with Data Products and/or Data Platforms; * Proficiency in SQL and Python; * Clear communication skills; * Proactivity and continuous learning mindset; * Experience with Snowflake, Azure, and DBT projects; It would be a plus if you have: * Experience and knowledge in Cloud Infrastructure Maintenance (Azure), Snowflake, System Integration, and Power BI; * Advanced Spanish; **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** Flexible working hours and work modalities according to eligibility; Participation in the PPR Program (Profit-Sharing Program); To support your health, we offer Health Insurance (extendable to legal dependents), Dental Insurance, Telemedicine, and Life Insurance.
