Interface with operational departments to track customer requests **Position: Customer Service – Tradelog** Tradelog is looking for a professional to work in the Customer Service area, providing support and follow-up to our customers with agility, organization, and service excellence. **Main Responsibilities** * Customer service via internal system, phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Tracking of requests and operational support; * Updating information in integrated systems; * Managing and organizing spreadsheets and reports; * Interface with operational departments to track customer requests. **Requirements** * Experience in customer service; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Experience with integrated systems (ERP or similar); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in promotional logistics or integrated logistics companies; * Experience in logistics operations and delivery tracking. **Desired Profile** We seek a committed, dynamic, organized individual focused on solutions and maintaining strong customer relationships.
